Full scaffold was required for the full redecoration of the exterior of a large property converted into 8 apartments.

The residents each had preferences on timescales and sequencing to suit their individual needs.

The work was due to be completed in the peak of summer and with the revamp of the stonework it was highly likely that there would be lots of dust, so it would restrict residents from opening their windows.

Many were working from home as the work was taking place in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We were able to come to an arrangement that was agreeable to all of the residents, which ensured minimal disruption.
