This comprised of four shop fronts and a number of residential flats across six historic buildings.

The road is heavily trafficked by vehicles and pedestrians alike so careful consideration was taken to ensure the safety of passers-by.

It was essential that minimal disruption was caused to the businesses within the occupied shop fronts.
