The project consisted of the erection of a full scaffold to an industrial building containing 12 separate units.

This provided unique challenges such as working alongside live businesses and their operations. These issues were overcome by careful client engagement, liaising with the business owners on a regular basis to allay any concerns they had in relation to our works.

Our conversations enabled us to develop a sequence of works to integrate with the activities of the associated businesses and complete our works with minimal disruption to their activities.

Careful consideration was also made with regard to tenant access and every effort was made to not restrict access for the tenants during the works to the roof.
